New Game of Thrones Chapter Released

OH WOW! So I am not at all caught up on my Game of Thrones reading, but I just found out that George R.R. Martin just released a full chapter from The Winds of Winter titled "Mercy" that is entirely new. According to Martin, it is not one he has published or posted, nor read at a con.
