Harry Potter Travel Posters
Just another internet item that forces me to lament the fact that Harry Potter is not real.. Artist Caroline Hadilaksono has made these Harry Potter themed travel posters to look like vintage vacation posters.

Architectural Books
My land... How beautiful are these books! They were created by Japanese architect and graphic designer Yusuke. Can you imagine how time consuming it must have been! Brava!

Types of Zombies
So I just stumbled across this little slice of epicness. Jason Thompson has created a poster that classifies over 350 different types of zombies. On his website he states:
The Map of Zombies will be a 24″x36″ poster (the same size as my H.P. Lovecraft’s “Dreamlands” poster map) that takes you on a tour of every imaginable type of zombie in a visual format. Drawn in the style of a vintage medical chart, it identifies over 350 different types of zombies from horror movies, books, video games, comics, manga and TV shows. This map includes EVERY important (and almost every unimportant) zombie genre work, from Edgar Allen Poe’s “The Facts in the Case of M. Valdemar” to the movies of George Romero and Lucio Fulci, to Kengo Hanazawa’s “I Am a Hero.” Go from point to point on the map and discover the wide world of zombies, broken down by logical categories, like you were a scientist observing zombies in the field.
Ambitious! Click the photo to see it really big.

Outlander TV Series
So who here has read Diana Gabaldon’s time-travelling romance series, Outlander. WHAT? NO ONE?
Well, now is the time to get to it, because the series is being turned into a television series. It is a really awesome series that follows Claire Randall, who is a married combat nurse from 1945 who is mysteriously swept back in time to the seventeen hundreds. It is romantic, historical, sci-fi, and adventurous all rolled into one amazing series. Seriously, check it out.
